Hello Everyone.
I don't really post much on here anymore when it comes to artwork or Fanfiction or whatnot. But with everything regarding the update I do have my own words on it. Now, I have a few things to go over and I hope whoever reads this understands that everything that I am about to say is MY OWN OPINIONS. I encourage you all to share your own opinions in the comments if you want to chime in about anything but please understand that my opinions are my own opinions.
Now, I'll start with my own opinions on the site. A few minutes ago [since writing this post] I commented on one of the DA team's posts about some updates to the site that they are planning. I did read the post and decided to take time to think. So I did know that the site was going through the change and I've spoken some of my opinions before on some of their previous posts but this time I really wanted to put together a more 'proper' answer instead of letting my emotions hit me. For those curious, this is what I said:
"DA TEAM,
I do understand that you want to step into the modern age but the thing is that DA isn't meant to be known for it. what gives the site character is just how easy it was to explore and use the site. For previous users, we were utilizing the site to help us create our artistic background and grain experience by reading comments and seeing how popular our art/post/words were. Then to act on it and figure out what we may need to improve. For new users, they were able to learn by example and not only discover new artists and technics but also step into the experimental phase to take on what they learned to create their own art. But with how everything is, I must agree with what other comments are saying. the Watch section is a BIG MESS, you can barely look at it without getting confused at what you're looking at since it's not as organized as before. This makes it harder for every person in the equation [artist and viewer] when figuring out what's new and what the reviews may be.
I will support you in the slightest where I say the profile page is nice, its nice for the update but that doesn't mean that this fully solves the problem. the biggest problem I have is, like what I commented on before, was that this place isn't organized anymore. The watch section is one thing but with our comments or post and even new notes. I don't want to have to go the extra lengths to figure out where my comments are. I am curious about what your chat function may bring but this still does not quiet my anger.
Regardless of what people may say, looking for a way to update and modernize your site can be a good thing but in this sense, if you only allowed the toggle option to still be available then most of my complaints wouldn't be here. "
I really wanted to take the time to show what about the new format really made me angry. I didn't want to curse or yell [even though I wanted to] since I really hoped that they would see my comment and take time to reflect and maybe use it in the future.
As far as what my views mean for this site and my interactions involving it, there may be some changes. For most of you that may not know, I mainly come on this site to Rp with friends and read fanfiction.
But because of the format now, IF YOU WISH TO CONTACT ME, PLEASE SEND ME A NOTE. DO NOT COMMENT BECAUSE I WILL NOT SEE IT. Its already hard to find it so please please PLEASE just do that.

I do love you all a lot and this site has many meanings for me but at this time, I may be less active [because of the new format and because of some personal challenges]. I did love doing poems and fanfictions but things have been come up in my life that I'm not fully sure if I can commit to that style at this time but who knows....things may change
I will still update my anime list chart on my journal entre I have but I did want to do this post for you all.

Huge Life Update and Thank Yous

Hello Everybody!
So I don't normally post things onto Deviantart recently. This does include either Journal entrees or any Fanfiction/Writing [which I've come to think of my page was for]. Over the years, I've had people ask me about my work and why I don't fully post that often any more. So with a Chapter of my life now closed, I thought it was time to answer these questions.
So first, I would like to apologize to all of my friends and followers here in DA for being so inactive within the last few years. It's definitely been tough feeling like I've been away for so long but in actuality it was just me not having time.
For the past 4 years, I've been attending college and just last week I've finally graduated with Bachelor's degree. I'm not to sure if I did post anything in the beginning of me going away. Plus I realized that it would of been something that I should of mentioned since it would of explained where I have been. Some of you know that I am active but really it's only a few hours a day, or even a few hours within a period of days. I would always have to apologizing to the people that I've talked too and even so I've lost a few people along the way.
But I do want to thank a few people who have been very understanding over the years. That stood by me and completely understood where I was coming from and be able to see that I did care about DA and everyone here. But I was just so busy. I won't go into much detail about the last 4 years but what I can share with you the people that were there with me for them:

Thank you guys for being so understanding and also keeping me sane for these last 4 years and I can't wait to see where our friendship goes!
Now for the other question of why I don't seem to post more writing or fanfiction. If you've been keeping track, I think I started about 7 years ago with me posting fanfiction. At that time I was in 8th grade and DA was all new to me. over the next few years, I found comfort in writing. whether it was with poetry or fanfiction, I thought it would be a great way to express myself. As I grew more into the anime community, I've found myself coming up with new ideas and even getting into Roleplaying.
However, I found myself in a delemma. I realized that with my ideas following and me trying to get them all down on paper, it was more challenging to make sure I get everything right. As I took down Ideas, it was like everything about it from my mind was fading. I started to see this when I was writing my Fairy Tail fanfiction, which is why there aren't a lot of them. But I did start to get a bit worried that this would be with all of my stories and just with the ideas fading, my interest would too. So I took a break and wrote more real things, like my poems. It helped bring me back and I started to write again.
Then it was time for college and I knew I couldn't write the way that I was used to since I wouldn't have so much free time on my hands. So instead of Fanfiction, I've turned to Roleplaying series. Which, I still do on a regular basis. I have been trying to find my groove back for fanfiction and writing but at the moment, I know I am not ready to go back to it. In the future I know that I will come back to it. But I am waiting for the right series to write about.
So I do hope that this helps with any questions that people may have about my writings and where I have been. I am very excited to see what the next chapter in my life will be. It certainly will continue having DA in it, trust me. this is an important platform for me and I wouldnt trade it for anything.
before I sign off, I guess I should give a better overveiw of what I am now doing on DA. Currently I am the founder and Co-Founder of two groups [which I will link below]. One is for the anime, Katekyou Hitman Reborn. the Other group is focused on Reviews and top 10 lists of anything in entertainment and literature. I make sure all the pieces submitted are checked in and all set. So if you have any pieces you would like to share with the world, all you gotta do is join below!

Now the second thing I do, which I've mentioned is Roleplaying. I mainly do Anime series and being people that already exist in that world [but I do also do OCs as well]. I normally am opened to doing series that I have already done [which I made a whole list for in my past journal]
Roleplaying is fun and easy to do while also giving each person a creative challenge as they bring to life new or existing characters and their storylines. It is fun to do but when participating in it, it's important to know your limits as well as the restrictions that your Roleplay partner [RPP] have, so that each of you know that it is a safe space. A lot of people who have Roleplayed with me know that before we start, I set alot question down so that I can get to know the other person. this does include what the rating of the Rp will be [which will set the language and actions of the RP] as well as the different topics covered [illnesses, taboo, etc.] For me, trusting my partner as well as planning and creating a safe space are important to me.
So if you or anyone is looking for a RP partner or want to try it out, you can contact me either through NOTES or COMMENTS at anytime and I will get back to you within 24 hours. We will talk and plan everything out and just get right into it.
